Returns & Refunds

Right to return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let me know you'd like to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back. To start a return, get in touch with your order number.

Condition
Items should come back unused and in the state you received them, including original packaging. Some wear from simply checking the print is fine; actual damage to the print/the item or signs of use is not. This may reduce the refund.

Refunds
Once I've received and checked the return, I'll refund you within 14 days. The refund covers the item price and standard shipping cost. Return shipping is for your own account.

Not eligible for return
Made-to-order and custom prints are excluded, as these are produced specifically for you. Digital/downloadable files are also final once delivered.

Damaged in transit
If something arrives damaged, contact me with photos within 3 days of delivery. This is handled separately from the standard return process.
