Processing time Orders are dispatched within 3 business days via PostNL.

Shipping rates Free shipping on orders over €90.
Orders under €90:
Netherlands: €5
EU: €10
Rest of world: €15

Estimated delivery Delivery time depends on destination. After dispatch, orders to the EU typically arrive within 5–7 working days; orders to the US and other destinations outside the EU may take up to 10–14 working days. Delivery times can vary during holidays or busy periods.

Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Packaging Prints are shipped flat, protected between rigid cardboard and packed to keep them safe in transit.

Customs & import charges A signature may be required for some deliveries. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged orders If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the print and the packaging. This helps with any claim and lets me arrange a replacement or refund quickly. If your order hasn't arrived and tracking shows no movement, get in touch within 4 weeks of the dispatch date.
